Like a boss - Steve Jobs.
Love him or hate him, this guy managed to get money directly out of your pocket. Whether it's a shiny new iPad or a Disney-Pixar movie, uncle Steve made you feel really good about handing over your hard earned cash.

Art or Crime?
Crime... That beautiful old door was just another innocent victim of neglect. Man, why can't you just go to Home Depot and spend $50 on sand paper & lacquer to bring that puppy back to life? It would only take one afternoon to restore something that's probably 80 years old. Lazy bastard.
Nerd Alert!
In all honesty I'm a major geek at a heart and I love this kind of stuff. But at the same time, I'm kind of a dick and I feel the need to poke fun at guys like this. Not sure why but hey man, keep doing your thing.

Busted?
I have a few friends that work in advertising but I don't think any of them would be offended by someone tagging their ad like this. In fact, it makes me wonder if was the kind reaction they would like to provoke. Let's face it, even though this isn't a good ad on its own. It got someones attention and that person got so pissed off that they decided to take action against its message. But by doing so, they may have inadvertently drawn more attention to it. In my opinion, what they really should have done is cross out the bags of Skittles too. But because they didn't the product still registers in the viewers subconscious mind and stays there. So while you're looking at this picture ask yourself, am I offended by the fact that a candy company wants associate themselves with freeing someone from oppression(even though "Tree Boy" is just a character from a TV ad). Or am I feeling hungry?
1st Post - Street Art
Toronto truly is one of the greatest cities in the world. Even if it doesn't get the credit it deserves(mostly from the its own residents at that). We have an amazing arts community, world class restaurants, fantastic nightlife and lots of really cool people. Its a perfect backdrop to capture images of some of my favorite things. Fashion, Art and Cars. This blog will likely be a work in progress, so please be patient as I make a few mistakes along the way. Think of this as a perpetual work in progress. Hope you enjoy, cheers!
Street Art
A few weeks ago my buddy Mike and I were on our way to meet some friends at the bar when we noticed this cool little installation that someone did on a park wall. I didn't have my camera with me so snapped a pic with my iPhone and we went on our way. I came back 2 days later to with my camera take some better shots but it was too late... It had already been removed. Too bad, it was a really great idea. It fit that setting perfectly, and now I'm stuck wondering was the artist trying to say? Was it some kind of highbrow social commentary on the Nanny State in the city; "By putting those metal brackets on the wall I can't grind, therefore you've taken away my soul"? Hmm, doubt it. The artist probably just thought it would be funny. And to me that's what makes it so awesome.
